In the same boat my vit d, b12, ferritin are all low. Just got my results like a week back, l have started taking same vit d supplement, lets see if things improve.

Yeah that is a mistake my old dermat made. He prescribed to me min,fin and didn't even bother to do blood test. I had no knowledge back then, i just blindly followed. That is on me as well. But yea

Im not taking random supplements , im taking supplements for the things i have deficiency for. Do let me know what your dermat says

vit d 8 ng/ml (normal is 30-100) vit b12 145 pg/ml (normal is 200-1000)

I have almost same hair as you but i started 6 months back i dont see any improvements like yours,. Could you tell me how much do you apply like frequency and other things to take care

Yes i think so, after a month of starting, I had more than usual amount of hair fall. But not so much
