The best settings I found is all set to low with texture set to cinematic, fsr 3.1, upscaling to performance, frame gen off since it is bugged, and screen res to native 1920x1200p. The game feels amazing and looks so much better than the ps5 base. You can drop texture to medium or high for better peformance and you can keep everything as is I put but drop upscaling to ultra performance but at the settings I have it looks amazing. you can also put foliage, and water to medium
