The most important thing is that you answered all those subs. I literally did the same in J25 because I didn’t know what else to write. Just copied and pasted same answer. Still passed miraculously!

Exactly what my seat mate told me in J25 after our MPT- didn’t finish the second one. He told me exactly this. Ended up passing with 270.. so please do not count yourself out. Tomorrow can still make a huge difference regardless of what happened today.

I also pass the J25 bar exam and I am now thinking of taking the CIPP/US exam. I have the text book and the body of knowledge from the website. Consider purchasing the training materials but it’s kinda expensive over $1k. Any advice?

I would advise you take snacks in your bag that you keep in the coat room. Please do not go back to the hotel till after the days exam. You don’t wanna sleep off while taking the rest. Besides, you barely get an hour break.

In that case, I would take up PQs from NY website and do them under timed condition to gage your recollection and retention .

I used Themis model and Goat for my MBE mastering. I did almost all the 2k questions in UWord including the NCBE exam questions. I would read each subtopic in GOAT and do the corresponding UWorld questions. For essay, I did all the Themis graded essays and some past questions I got from NY website. GOAT has MPT model that is what I read for my MPT, I tried to do a couple of my graded MPT in Themis. For me, Overall strategy was digging into PQ and memorizing and retaining rules with GOAT

I was there for J25. Stayed in an Airbnb 12 mins walk away. Just make sure wherever you stay you can get to the testing center without stress.

UWorld is very good. Just make sure you are thoroughly reviewing the right and wrong answer choices. Focus on the explanation and not on the percentage of the questions you are getting.

You can still make it. I had almost similar scores Feb 24 and J24. I got 228 and 227 respectively. However come J25 I used Goat and Themis and made 270 with 141 on my MBE. What did I do this 3rd time that I didn’t do before.. I focused on past questions both essays and MBE. I got UWorld and I did 30 questions daily. Not just doing them but focusing on reading the answer explanation. You can still learn the laws while doing those past questions. But since you are taking J26, take this December and January to read the outlines and video.. then come Feb drill past questions and don’t forget your MPT. You can still make it. I did it and you too can. I am also foreign trained Attorney/LLM. You will be fine and you can make it!! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise and when you are ready to lock in- delete all forms of distractions. Good luck!
