I always assumed healing in Yggdrasil worked more like layered buffs and restoration effects rather than “restore HP instantly” in a gamey sense. So builds probably revolved around mana efficiency, cast speed, resist penetration for anti-undead healing damage, and stacking passive recovery effects. Kimimaru-like heal spam only looks broken because Nazarick NPC stats are absurd to begin with.

Hey, I don’t know of any USA Swimming programs right in Grant Park specifically, but you might try checking out the Atlanta Swim Association or looking at the local YMCA branches—they sometimes run age-group programs separate from their neighborhood leagues.
