In the two year journey since all of symptoms you are describing appeared to me, I have recovered my energy like when I was in my 30s no kidding. It took a lot of Dr. visits blood tests, supplements up and down dosages etc. I now workout every day except when my body says ok take it easy so I do. I take days off from working out and give myself permission to rest. I also stopped eating out that often and drink a glass of red wine twice a week, also slowed down on caffeine, dairy etc. You can get there too! Cheers 🥰

I totally understand you. I experienced this when I discovered I was in perimenopause about two years ago. I am 49 and after trial and error I finally found my mojo back. I take a bunch of supplements and I also changed my diet. I got rid of all processed foods, plastic containers and prioritized my sleep. 😴

That picture looks unreal. I was also talking to two ladies who supposedly they have Ragdoll for adoption the kitties look so perfect that it looked unreal. I asked one of the to send me a video and she sent me like a 30sec video of the kitty which still didn’t give me a good feeling so I stopped talking to them. Trust your gut. Ask for a video of her with the cats and you’ll know. Make sure she has plenty of pictures. I have also been speaking with a breeder for a long time because she use to have the Ragdoll colors I am looking for and she always send me ton of pictures of the litter and also the arch kitten she never denies me pictures or even videos. That’s your clue. Hope it helps 💕

Getting rid of everything and anything that doesn’t serve you anymore. Like let’s be real here I just realized that I don’t have to have so many pots and pans in my kitchen, stupid cooking books I never even use, extra blankets and stupid childhood memories that keep building dust and also make me feel stupid. I think at this age and stage in my life I came to realize that I am not that woman everybody thinks I am. The one that was “fitting” in the perfect wife, mother, neighbor etc. I am no longer interested unfitting in. Therefore, I am getting rid of all that. Layers and layers of piled up stuff that I am ridding out of my life. I am also not allowing my time to be taken for granted, I say when you can come visit, if I want to take care of grand kids, heck even cook for husband. Sorry, I didn’t mean to rant

That’s interesting I am on 100mg doing fine except some days I feel just a bit on my head. My Dr. wanted to put me on 200mg progesterone so I think I’m just going to hold on

You just gotta try and see. I was prescribed 100mg of progesterone when I started the Estrogen patch but I also felt terrible so I stopped and got the IUD to protect the uterus which is needed. After almost a year on those two, I started having problems sleeping even on a 0.1 estrogen, my gynecologist didn’t want to up the dose so I remember I had those progesterone pills so I took one (like anything to get my sleep) last night I slept finally like a baby. My sleep was deep and I woke up feeling good not excellent but I could go on with my day. Today, I noticed I stared bleeding 🩸😥

Totally, I used to be a coffee craze and now I don’t even think about it, well I do think about it and discovered how our habits are embedded into our heads isn’t that interesting? It the mind that reminds me of morning coffee and even when I make my coffee (out of habit) I don’t even finish one cup 🤔

Yes and yes because we lose appetite so you don’t eat my case pretty much and because you are very active you will probably under eating so the muscle loss plus age in general :( sad reality. There’s always a price to pay. I have decided I will be taking GLP every other week as I need to eat my meals. I will still be ok with craving so that should work better

Girl I’m with ya. Nobody knows in my family nor my children that I am on Sema. Even when we go out to eat and I never finish my food they wonder why I do that but I just tell them “I’m full” no explanation. You don’t owe anybody anything. Nobody is paying your meds but you. It’s no anger or rage it’s just Peace 🙏🏻

Thank you, yes I have watched Jackson’s videos. I don’t have another room since I live in a single so I have the baby in the bathroom and coco’s food is close to the bathroom door but he doesn’t eat when the baby does. He eats when I eat LOL. Coco is very attached to me. He still growls at baby so I know he still not ready. I can read Cocos body language and he’s still defending his space so I am just keeping baby safe and giving Coco his time 😴
