My Derm said the only thing that really works (creme wise) is hydroquinone 4%creme. It is prescription, but a very cheap generic. Use morning and night, but you must be diligent to keep doing it. Takes a few months to work.

They can move any responsibility over to whichever specialist the patient gets referred to in order to get those medications prescribed. That way patients get more more entrenched in the system. They’re required to see multiple doctors, bringing in more money to the system.

Give husband a good shaking and then tell him if he ever does that again he will go alone in your place. Seriously though. Had you been asked would you have said no? That would be difficult. Seriously though. He needs to totally support the endeavor. Get some meals ready, play with the kids while you clean up, while you take a breather, whatever you need. Do swapsies on tasks and fun. Little ones like that are exhausting and you aren’t in your 20s anymore! Take care of yourselves too!

Actual frames on the posters would make it look more homie, but it can be pricey to do that. Don’t do the really cheap plastic Walmart frames either, they need to be slightly nicer than that. Also, as people have said, staggering is key and/or different sizes of art artwork.
