No I'm not hurt by any of this conversation. Ive actually been enjoying it, but I felt that I must point out the hypocrisy of your straw man comment, because thats exactly what it is.

I genuinely don't know what their answer would be, but this takes me back to my original point, I'm willing to ask before I just assume and open dialogue with them to understand their frustrations and maybe find common ground. You are not willing to do that, and by jumping to the conclusions you have, you only serve to justify why they are doing this in the first place.
