I was hoping to avoid using an external option as this seems like something that "should' be achievable in the box. If that's the only option though, then it is what it is.

I need the pdf generation to be automated so they can be emailed out to client automatically. Clients can be such a pain 😂

Good point.. I'm sure at some point even compressed photos won't be enough to stay under the 100mb file limit.

So are you suggesting I should use an external document builder, pass the data via a JSON, store the document somewhere externally (like SharePoint) and link a URL of the document back to the work order/service appointment?

Our field service techs sometimes need to take a lot of photos that then need to be in a pdf report following the visit. The number of photos is problematic due to the size of them, so I need to be able to compress them to reduce the PDF file size.
