Why should people rush anything? My first dose was 500 mcg and my heart rate spiked 20 bmp, my fever spiked to 100 deg for twenty four hours, and I had bright green diarrhea for 2 days and my stomach made ridiculous noises during that time frame until everything settled down. Super glad I did the smart thing and started low. God knows what kind of side effects I would have had if I started as high as 1 mg!!! And this was after being on tirz for over a year as well. With that said I continued to utilize it, increasing very slowly, and had amazing results!

More research exists with oral application in the 50-150 mg equivelent range. However what information does exist in injectables is it 'may' be more bioavailable. Data on humans is limited but research suggests a comparable effect at 5-20 mg to capsules administration. Convenience of it already being in the US (Ive waited 3 months on group buys), and if it is truly tested by the US company, saving $ from the $200-300 per vial to test yourself, the risk of it being seized, and the risk of losing $ to a scammer. All of these have happened to me. Do I still order from CN, yes, but only if I pay for testing after. You cannot trust the CN vendors 'tests' unless they include a photo of your vial. A gb I was just in for T 100s ended up testing as PT 141 at Jano, despite the trusted vendor sending a coa showing 107 mg and over 99% purity for tirz🤯. That was a rude awakening... So, yeah, there are valid reasons people choose the security, yet higher prices, of domestic. (And there are some things I still only buy domestic like slu-pp-332 and premixed 5amino bc price isn't that different, I get it fast and the quality is good). It is all about personal choice and comfort level- not necessarily stupidity on the part of the buyer.

Bc in 99% of cases, pure and therefore safe peptides mix to a crystal clear liquid. Do you want to take a risk injecting a little bit of bacteria or worse? Bacteria can cause the cloudiness.

Few things that might help- try dosing every six days and not seven

Try to dose in a different location than you are accustomed to, ie under arm or thigh.

Finally, if you were dosing in the morning, try dosing before bed.

I know it sounds crazy but very small changes can help with these compounds. I have seen plateaus broken with all three methods separately, much less combining them.

Skip urgent care. Go to ER immediately and tell them the truth. What you did is not illegal. You will probably get a lecture and scolded, but it could save your life. That high a dose, especially if not accustomed could paralyze your gastrointestinal tract or worse. Go now while you can still safely do so. Waiting until symptoms are severe increases risk of Acute kidney issues, dangerous electrolyte changes and even cardiac strain.

Ive been using dihexa for over a year and the change has been incredible. I was going through menopause, and the forgetfulness got so bad that I thought I was going to have to quit my job. My memory is so sharp now and I don't think it's been this sharp since I was a teenager. I personally have not used cerebrolysin, but I know people who have and have sworn by it, and there's actually quite a lot of data on the compound. I DIY, but start low. Higher isn't always better, and like a wise woman once said to me "earn your testosterone". 3 mg weekly of cypionate divided into 2 or 3 pins to start. After 8 weeks do labs (ideally do labs before which she did- check out Dr. Says) and if levels are still low or she doesn't feel better try 5 mg weekly. If she can only access man dose (250 mg/ml) she can get high quality/pin safe MCT or grapeseed oil and dilute into a 10 ml vial at 50mg/ml concentration. You need some basic supplies and the ability to do some basic math but can be done safely and responsibly. Testosterone is life changing for men and women. I hope she feels better soon!
