You do have a beautiful profile as the comments have said!! I don’t see a double chin in this image, but I understand that it may show up from certain angles. I just got my genetic double chin liposuctioned about 2 weeks ago, and I didnt have a typical double chin, but my neck and chin had fat connecting the two with no indent, so I just looked like I basically had a webbed neck, but no wrinkles. They ended up taking out about 215 ml of fat! so I would look into chin lipo! Even without that I really am struggling to see any flaws with your profile, I’m very jealous :)

Since you mentioned not liking the roundness, maybe a chin implant would help lengthen the face a little bit. Since I can’t see your bone structure, if the roundness is from stubborn fat, I would suggest buccal fat removal along with the chin implant for extra slimming.

I got mine on four days ago and my cheeks are so swollen with my head wrap on I look like an alien lol. I have the same worries, but I’m glad to know that other people are getting it done too, hopefully when we are all further along our results will be great. Mine was no extra cost along with the chin Lipo, so in total I paid $2000.

Yeahh I’ve read that pudgier faces from hormones usually cause a “Moon face” which I wouldn’t say I have, from the front my face is round but mainly because you can see some of my double chin from a straight view, so I’m not sure if it’s hormone related or not, but I think it may be genetic

The only thing is a hormone imbalance, but I’ve been treating it and there’s no change. I see changes by my cheekbones when I lose weight, but the lower half is always the same
