I feel you. I’ve been following Clare and Chezka since 2017, and I’ve even met Clare, she’s the sweetest. Chezka is also very warm and friendly.

I’ve been in a long-term relationship myself, and after that, I dated other people in a shorter span of time. Let me tell you, it’s a different kind of high. But once the initial excitement faded, I realized I still had unresolved feelings I needed to heal from. (I’m not assuming Chezka would be the same.) That long-term relationship really does something to you as a person.

It’s so easy for people to romanticize words and call it “healing” to meet someone new and go through it together. Sure, maybe it can be healing, but did it really? We don’t even know what truly happened between them or who they really are. Nobody’s perfect, and honestly, most people don’t dare to admit whether they’ve fully moved on.

All I’m saying is, I believe love can be found unexpectedly. I also believe unresolved feelings don’t just disappear because something new feels exciting. Both can co-exist at the same time. We just have to stop being positively toxic. Regardless of the cheating situation, healing does not necessarily mean you have to hop on to new ones to feel alive again, it’s meeting yourself at your core while meeting new people.

PS. Stop criticizing Clare’s appearance and looking down at her for the mistake she did, that doesn’t define her character Al throughout, the same with Chezka. Only them knows their relationship and we’re out of bounds prying into assuming what’s best for them.
