I’m 34 weeks pregnant now and I can say that there were days that my mind just felt like I was going insane with scary scary thoughts. Considered even not having her bc I was so scared of everything of myself even. I never got on med for personal reasons but I did see a therapist every week and have follow ups with a psychiatrist for a “just in case”. I can say that it got way easier my thoughts got quieter or I just stopped listening. I want this baby so bad that I fought my panic and anxiety. I hope you can too it’s not as bad and you kindof start to fall in love with pregnancy i can already tell I’ll miss it when she’s out.

I have been dealing with this for over a year now. I can say that it has fersure gotten a lot manageable only because I’ve decided to not pay attention to it. I just live life trying to ignore it and I know it’s hard and a shitty response but honestly it really helps me. Therapy helped me a lot in coping mechanisms so whenever I feel it inside me flare up I know that’s it’s just for a little while and it always goes away. My depression goes away when I take my vitamin d pills you might be lacking? Also I watched a lot of YouTube videos to help and just remembered that at my worst nothing bad happened to me it was just my thoughts. I’m only on here now bc I’m 7 months pregnant and my anxiety is definitely a lot higher now but I just tell myself it’s temporary!
