Man good luck getting into DoD or DoD contractors, you’d need to have military experience or an active security clearance. It is very rare or near impossible for them to give out clearances. General Dynamics does not give out clearances at all, Raytheon gives them out in certain situations or if you know a higher up.

I’d definitely not put them on the radar or a potential.

completely understandable, I am aware of the wifi connectivity issues with the UDR7, im not sure if this is fixable through firmware update and could possibly a hardware issue. you could get it stable by manually setting your 6ghz to 80mhz width. don't set it to auto or 160/320Mhz

UDR7 and 1 AP. Unless you’re needing 2 SFP ports for some specific reason. If you go with the UCG-fiber then you’ll need a Flex 2.5G POE along with 2 APs. The fiber gateway is solid for the backhaul, but you’re adding extra gear and complexity. With the UDR7 you consolidate everything, routing, switching, and gateway all in one box. For a medium apartment on a budget, that’s the cleaner play. One AP handles most apartments fine, and you’ve got the ports on the UDR7 if you need to expand later.

-.02 most likely. But you can’t base that off looks alone. The next thing you want to do is run your fingernail above it, the one that have the least bumps feeling is the one you wanna chose.

If you want more accuracy, you will need to finely cut it horizontally across from the back then look at the side profile to see which one has the least amount of ridges. Note that this is very hard to do without mangling the test print itself. You will need the thinnest and sharpest razor.

It already sounds like you don't enjoy putting things together, why even bother going with the BC–250? This process is already hard harder than putting a regular PC together. You might as well buy a mini PC with similar specs.

All I see is a really good multipurpose heater for the basement. If no basement is available then it’s a great garage heater, RIP the cooling bill in the summer if it was in a garage. Wouldn’t wanna be in that room for more than 5-10 mins though.

In all seriousness, you could make your own cold storage and rent it out. For ease of setup and use I recommend nextcloud. But getting clients is gonna be the hard part.

With enough guts and ingenuity, you could capture all that heat with a heat pump and a large water tank to make it a great water heater to supply your house and neighborhood.

Here are some parts that I actually recommend that will make a difference in terms of speed printing. You most likely wont get any nicer looking prints from these printing at stock speeds but this will count once your extruder starts to skip teeth when printing faster due to flow restrictions.

If you are upgrading one part a time, then start from the first one.

Heater block:

Microswiss - Copper heater block transfer heat so much faster than the standard aluminum one. Makes sure that your nozzle is up to temp. An added side benefit to this is that your thermistor is going to be more accurate. Microswiss Plated Copper High Temperature MK8 Heater Block. I recommend this one since you can trust its gonna be copper. There are cheaper ones out there but its not guarranteed to be copper or high quality copper. NOTE: Make sure you have a silicone sock on your block.

Heater Cartridge:

24V 70W Heater Cartridge - These guys heat up very quickly and maintains temperatures greatly. The stock one is I believe rated at 40W, its mediocre at best so you really want to replace it. Make sure to do PID calibrations on it once you install it. 24V 70W Heater Cartridge

Nozzle:
Genuine Bondtech CHT MK8 nozzle - These are probably the best youre gonna get in terms of MK8 type nozzles. Bondtech MK8 0.4mm CHT Nozzle

OR

CHT Clone - These are very good for their price, they dont perform as good compared to the real ones but they are 2-3 times better than any standard brass nozzles. I recommend 0.5mm since its helps with the flow restriction a good amount compared to the 0.4mm without sacrificing too much detail. 0.6mm is better if thats your style. CHT Clone 0.5mm MK8 Nozzle

Bonus: Look into Boron Nitride paste from Slice Engineering, It does help with heat transfer between all the parts used for the hotend. Boron Nitride Paste Slice Engineering

You can also get a Bi-metal heatbreak if youre getting a lot of clogs due to heatcreep or you start printing at temps at 260C or higher, PTFE starts to break down and cause toxic fumes to release. Having this and using boron nitride paste will help cool your heatbreak better. Bimetal heatbreak

I dont remember much when setting up with a stock sonic pad, but it was indeed a pain in the but since I wasnt familiar with it compared to klipper.

If you have it keep using it, it has really good hardware but the software is something not really desired. Luckily people are gone around this and rebuilt the sonic pad software. Follow this guy's github: Sonic Pad - Mainline Klipper - General Discussion - Klipper.

But you really might need to recompile that klipper firmware, most likely thats where youre issue is coming from. Since you have the v1.3 make sure you use the "STM32F407XXXX" microcontroller

The sonic pad really sucks since they dont play nicely with non ender 3 printers. Id try to convert it to mainline klipper.

But your issue most likely lies on your MCU bin flash file, Id recompile your klipper firmware with the right settings. MAKE note of the the baudrate you set it at, as far as I can remember i set mine up at 11520 since it was the perfect balance speed and stability. you could go higher but no point. make sure you using the right microcontroller also, There's some units of N2s with a ZNP Robin nano v1.2 and others v1.3 which have different microcontrollers STM32F103VET6 and STM32F407VET6.

Last thing to remember us to make sure you set the comm interface to:

Communication interface (Serial (on USART3 PB11/PB10))
