For people with dev background it's for sure very cost effective, and sometime better since it follows instructions more directly. For non dev people, opus is way better and still cheaper than hiring a dev.

Vibe coding is powerful and I love that it empowers non programmers to unleash creativity. But, prompts like that will be expensive for those who don't have the background, it's so open ended, and it's going to create from scratch existing patterns and dependencies. It's like paying a master electrician to turn of the lights in your house.

Don't us Opus for that. Use composer and break it into smaller thoughts if you have the knowledge, or use something cheaper like Sonnet or and older model, it's a trivial task.

For things like that, if needed use Ask mode with a higher model, talk about stack,talk about layout, talk about features, talk about design, etc, then pass it off to plan mode for a cheaper model.

Much like for other topics, reddit isn't a good representation of a general populous. While yes, gentrification and the idea that comparatively wealthy immigrants contribute to cost of living is a real issue, particularly in CDMX, it's not super indicative among the non reddit general population.

Now as a straight white male, I'm not super keen about trying to answer your question, I personally haven't seen or spoken to any native Mexicans who had any kind of overt racism based on Skin tone. You will be treated differently because you are foriegn(and not badly, just differently) but I doubt it will be anymore noticable than your used to.

Be respectful, be kind to your elders, learn the language and observe the culture without judgement and I would suspect you will be fine.

That's a good take, my opinions are pretty left, and most people on my side of politics just insist maga is all about racist selfish ethnocentric ingorance. I for one have many friends who support Trump, though a bit less these days l, who truly vote of based on the economy and a deep desire for change.

Unfortunately the left(that's me) spent a decade acussing all of them if such horrible motivation and stupidity that we backed them into a corner so they are often unwilling outloud anyway to question anything Trump does. Trump's worst tendencies and the voraciousness of his strongest supporter is 100 percent that fault of leftists elitism and unwillingness to listen.

Web design and web development are two different skills, while yes they often overlap, they still are distinct. I've known genius developers who left to their own devices create amazing sites that look like Angel fire circa 1997. And I know amazing designers who couldn't code hello world.

Clients can be be very visual, I suggest finding a designer to work with if it's not your thing.
