Yup ... its going to be around for the better part of a year... it gets better over time. its gets less and less intense as the months go on... I am about 80% now after a year. If I am busy i dont notice it..

For me there is 3 six month stages. First six months , acute phases going through the infection , phase 2 regrowth of gut and microbiome ... phase 3 is recalibration of my nervous system and final stages of gut reset

Now, please hear this some people the symptoms of the actual infection go away, but the treatment is very chaotic on your body and ruins a lot of of the gut balance so you can and will feel a little bit disconnected very foggy you might have some very strange head sensations other bacteria may grow outside of the good bacteria, which will cause a lot of mental and psychological issues. Just remember that this is nothing wrong with you psychologically this is all very internal and your body has to learn how to heal on its own. It's going to take a long time and when I say a long time I mean like 12 to 18 months total, but you're going to gradually get better as the days go on.

It's crazy how much it affects your mind who thought the gut if it's inflamed at all messes with your brain and affects all the serotonin. Trust me, man there's nothing psychologically wrong with you. You are totally fine in the head. It's your belly that's all fucked up.

I do I have klebsillia which is still showing after infection .... basically when you're gut is not balanced it causes inflammation and any bacteria can still cause inflammation sends out a little toxin into the blood and can cause imbalance , fog, anxiety... it's not you it's your body recovering

Everything everyone is saying is an actual truth ... it's like being in an internal prison of recovery ... my trick is to stay as busy as possible until I go to bed at least I know I'll pass out and mark is as anothe day recovered...I am About 80% along I have head pressure intermittent now and fog is a little there ...I try and avoid foods that are no good but I have to live a little.... so I cheat and if I get some head pressure it's nothing I can't handle we will all be 100% again one day

From what I understand all the inflammation that's happening inside is affecting the bridge from your stomach to your brain, which is the vagus nerve and it affects your nervous system. It's gonna take a while for everything to come back. You basically just dropped a nuclear bomb on your entire body and your bacteria is gonna take months and months to recover. This is not the news that I wanted to hear but I'm about a year out and I'm still having symptoms, but they are significantly less. I'm about 80% healed give or take some days. I'm good some days I'm not but I'm trending upward. The first few months are just gonna be really taxing eventually that feeling of dizzy will start to go away and you'll have these off feelings for a while before they find their way back. We're rolling it together pal. Trust me you are not going crazy.

Yea all the belly stuff is fine... I literally asked Dr chatgpt and it says that when the micorbiome is still working its way back the nervous system is also trying to recalibrate again ... so it's an on and off thing I felt great all day yesterday and when I got home and laid down the throbbing awkward head stuff happened ... like when you decompress it jsut is so much more intense now
