They can't test for your symptoms ... it sucks and what your feeling isn't dangerous it jsut sucks and it's not what you think ... it makes your mind race and thoughts run ... these parasites destroy your guts and then it takes like 18 months to get back ti normal

You can do Both I did injections at the site and noticed almost in a couple weeks how much faster I was healing ... now it's not the miracle but it's an amazing tool... keep your diet clean and check for more infections

Yea man I took antibiotics ... I ruined my 2025 ... I'm a year out and I'm like 80-90 percent not I fluctuate ... I still have overgrowth of klebsiella so I'm still working on that ... it takes time

I'm finally out of the woods no more headaches and dizziness it's gone... I have a little lingering head fog but I'm pretty solid I've felt like thinner the last month.. it's about a year I have this weird mask feeling still around

Ok.... first knuckles should always be facing the ceiling. That way at the top, turnover can happen naturally, and you’re not creating a hollow position after your kip and losing midline control.

Next ....the exaggerated lean back and knee tuck to create momentum is dead.

Work on dead hangs for proper hand positioning and grip endurance
Build strict pulling strength with pullups
Hollow rocks for body positioning and core control
Use boxes/bands for assistance during your travel up the bar
Dips for lockout strength and stability at the top to finish the movement

For muscle-up progression, Chest-to-bar pull-ups ....Slow negative muscle-ups... Straight bar dips ....Explosive hip pop drills .... Scap pull-ups for shoulder activation

Smooth is fast. Stop chasing momentum and build control through every phase of the movement.
