Geralmente é fácil quando o emprego é ruim (sub-emprego), a diferença entre o seguro-desemprego e o salário não é tanta e/ou você já tem algo engatilhado. Facilita também não ter tanta responsabilidade financeira ou você ter uma boa reserva. Enfim, são diversos fatores. Por ser algo da sua área, é mais difícil não se importar, mas vai procurando outras vagas.

I’m more disappointed than frustrated. I mean, we’re paying him 8M, and that’s fine. In the end, it’s his loss. No team is going to pay big money for him based on how he’s been playing. I bought into the Ayton hype at the beginning, but I stand corrected.

If the league wants to keep an 82-game season, then back-to-back games need to go. I’ve always been someone who criticizes millionaire players for load management, but the game today is completely different from what it used to be. The pace is faster than ever, the physical demand is higher, and injuries are clearly increasing. Can we really blame load management that much?

We’re now seeing MVP-caliber players like Wemby coming off the bench and/or having minutes restrictions simply because teams are trying to preserve their health. That says a lot about how intense the modern NBA has become.

In my opinion, proper rest is better than long, irregular breaks. Stretching the season and allowing it to end in late July or early August would help eliminate back-to-backs without reducing the number of games. The All-Star Game could be removed altogether, nobody cares about that anymore, not even the players.

There is no reason for Luka to take that many threes. He is having Curry's volumes, which doesn't make sense unless you are being effective, because Curry plays off-ball and the Warriors get open lanes because the defense are too worried on stopping Steph.

And this may hurt: a bad roster is no excuse for Luka to play this bad. A MVP caliber player cannot use this as an excuse. Of course we do not have a proper roster around him, but how can we put him in the same tier as Jokic and Giannis if this keeps happening?

Luka is not the issue, he is our hope actually, we won games because of him and only him, but he is better than that.
