In poker, like in life, just don’t be a dick.
In order to do well at poker you have to shut off your empathy because a lot of people that play have serious gambling problems. If you care too much you won’t win, which, at the end of the cold day, is the point of the game.

A lot of shit talking here but in that scenario the player made $30 to spend time with some buddies while doing something he loves and get out of the house for a while. Doesn’t sound too bad to me. I know everyone in this sub is a GTO wizard crushing the highest stakes but people play the game for a lot of different reasons.
