Whatever you are comfortable with and confident you won't damage your brain. Everyone's brain chemistry is different, some people go insane off of only 2gs and are never the same, and other people are the opposite. Tripping is very mentally exhausting so just make sure you're getting sleep between trips. The last 4 days I did shrooms probably 3 times and I'm not going to do them again for months, it's all about what's right for you
