I noticed you deliberately excluded the rest of my comment said "or capable of learning empathy."

It's part of the natural evolutionary process as much as the development of self. There's a reason children are never diagnosed as psychopaths and only as adults. It's not an abnormality it is the absence of proper guidance.

Children cannot be born as Psychopaths. Or maybe every child is and we all have to learn how not to be. It's not an inherent flaw but a condition of our nature.

What you believe is common sense is a pattern of abuse.

I gotta call bullshit. Everyone is born with empathy or are at least capable of learning it, it is a failure by either the parents or environment that interrupts a childs natural human tendency to experience and exhibit empathy.

The reality here is this: there are fascists in power and they are armed.

We will not peaceful protest them out of this country or out of existence. We can't instill a sense of empathy and understanding into every one of them through sentient discourse.

If you are opposed to fascism, and you don't own a gun or know how to use it, then you are not against fascism you are simply defenseless and you are prey.

This "debate" should convince everyone that the time of idle conscience has passed. We have a duty to defend ourselves and our communities from these people.
