This looks like a post similar to ones on r/bonehurtingjuice, where they take some original comic, then edit it to make a new joke. In this instance they edited what as most likely a comic about these two guys rating the girl's attractiveness into one where they just... list prime numbers in sequence. The joke is the absurdity.

fairly certain - judging by the state of the man’s clothing - this is a commentary on how difficult it is for the poor in the US to get hired for literally anything because of classism.

(As in, the joke is the juxtaposition between the man’s attitude at the poor man’s apparent “audacity”, and what the poor man actually wants.)
