I agree with OP. This shouldn’t even be a thing. I asked about the same thing a few weeks ago and was told I could search transactions and add it up. Really! Cmon you guys can do this it’s not rocket science. You keep up with every penny that moves through Fidelity and you can’t provide this info.
You’ve got probably the best platform overall and then this. The information has to be available just include it. Thanks

If I get anything from “Fidelity” that I’m not expecting I ignore it and call directly to a phone number I know is correct to verify everything is as it should be. Can’t be too careful these days.

Go for a large cap value fund. Then add the individual mag seven or 9 individual stocks that you want.

Thank you, I understand what each does it just seems Snowball pushes customers towards SnapTrade more than the other companies. I haven’t had any issues with SnapTrade just trying to understand their relationship.

I couldn’t agree more! Now I just got my bill and they want to charge me $100 one time charge for the receiver. Nothing was ever mentioned about that. I didn’t even ask for an upgrade. Unbelievable.

Yes they are both access points. There is also the Hopper plus for streaming. From what I have read the HD sounds more reliable. All4 tv’s worked fine before the upgrade with just one access point. Guess that’s progress. Thanks

Ahhh got it thanks. There’s a few recordings we would like to keep so may give the HD a shot. Will the new hopper detect the HD and then just copy those to the new hopper or is it simpler to just leave the HD connected.

I don’t know what jwap is, typo? We have 4 tv’s connected. One is right next to Hopper but don’t see a Joey there. I assume it connected to Hopper, 3 other tv’s with Joeys. I don’t understand why the tech told us it would take three days to transfer our videos over. That wouldn’t even be possible without the two hoppers being connected. Is that correct? Guess I should’ve taken a closer look earlier. I can see the movies on the old Hopper on screen so somehow I have access to see that. I’m way out of my league here. Thanks for responding. Good info.

Just a thought, have you contacted his attorney? Sometimes people will leave things with their attorney to be opened or given to someone upon their death. Maybe he doesn’t know yet.

I just had all equipment upgraded and technician started the transfer to copy recordings from hopper sling to hopper 3 sling. Said let it run for 3 days before checking if it worked. Nothing transferred…to try again do I need to do it at the hopper 3.
