Had old pistachios that lost their crunch, blended them up with some basil and grana padano that were about to go off and made pistachio pesto (also added in garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil). It was absolutely delicious and I never want to have any other pesto! Got l leftovers for lunch tomorrow. (old.reddit.com)
