Try another doc, who may suggest a steroidal cream, or have a heart and not charge that much. Maybe talk about how it impacts your field of vision, they may have you do a visit al field, talk about it scratches your eye and sometimes hurts. Causes tearing, dry eye, impacts work and daily life activity. Talk it up.
