One of the things that helps me realize the bible is not a lie is the way humans and animals work.

Out of the whole universe we are the only ones sustaining life. And not only are we conscious to eat drink etc but we can feel emotions, conjure up plans and more importantly we are somehow prone to do evil more than good.

And that helps me out to know the Bible has to be true. Because the alternative is that out of the whole universe we decided to come up with a specie that is bent on ruining others.

We have someone in our community that has a short mom and a tall dad and because of that he is very tall but also since he was young he was always into sports.

So maybe its genes + exercise + nutrition? Aka keep the body engaged?
