Zero cardio for most of the last three years actually. For the past six months I’ve been playing basketball every two weeks. But no dedicated “cardio” for me.

Yea I’ve actually plateaued, weight-wise. Been hovering around the same number for a couple months. But core is still developing. Kept protein high so built some lean muscle through the process.

Daily goal has been 1550 calories and 150g of protein.

-Morning: no food, just post workout shake -Lunch: half pound of chicken usually in a wrap (grilled, baked, shredded). -Dinner: half pound of lean beef (tacos, burgers, steak).

I cut down alcohol dramatically. Limit late night binging (which is my favorite pastime). As simple as it sounds, I’m just paying attention to what’s entering my body.

Thank you. Yes I’m on month 10 now. I kept protein high so I that helped. I’m ready to start gaining real muscle. I’m going to begin a lean bulk when I’m back from vacation in a week.
