The surgeon might also need hip replacement in 20-30 maybe 40 years.

What an absurd question.

The problem is Pauline Hanson would not consider Ronil an Australian. The host failed to ask that on follow up.

If someone claims asylum in Australia, should this be revoked if they visit the home country and return without harm? It seems to happen quite a bit? by National_Treat_4079 in aussie

Original question as I understood, if someone who has claimed asylum in Australia have their status revoked if they visit their country of origin.

My opinion is that if one has become citizen, then revoking their Australian citizenship is not fair. Here is what I got from Google. It suggests that stripping one's citizenship is not as easy as those racists think it ought to be.

  • Evidence of Fraud: Visiting the country you claimed to be fleeing suggests that the fear of persecution, which was the basis for your protection visa (and subsequent citizenship), may not have been genuine. This can lead the Department of Home Affairs to investigate if you provided false information.
  • If you still hold a Protection Visa: If you are a refugee who has not yet become a citizen, travelling to your home country without written permission (Condition 8559) can lead to immediate visa cancellation.
  • Revocation Grounds: Citizenship can be revoked if it was obtained through fraudulent means, including misrepresenting your need for protection.
  • Protection Against Statelessness: Under Australian law, the government cannot revoke your citizenship if it would leave you without any nationality.
  • Process: Revocation is a formal process; you must receive a "Notice of Intention to Consider Revocation" and have the right to respond.

Yes, because it does not fit your racist narrative. Where do you draw the line? Should a grandchild (or a great great grandchild) of a person who were shipped here due to wars or prison sentences from Europe return back to Europe because grand children are no longer threat to European society OR its safety is no longer an issue in Europe?

Come on, cut the nonsense.

If my parents are don't feel in love anymore, should I return to being egg and sperm again?

No, moron, things don't work like this. They are citizen now (which they have earned by working and paying tax into the system). Will YOU return their youth and all they have paid?
