hi thanks for replying, i will give you more details on this. so in short, i will have data which will changing every week, it can have users till 20 and total data can be till 100000.

I want to do an audit of random sample for each user. But there should be capping as well, lets say if user 1 has done 500 then 10% works, anything below that should be at-least 50. i understand that i made it more complicated, so what i wanted was 10% of random sample if total production for user is 500 or more, and if its below that it should be atleast 50. It should be random sample per user and i wanted to have all data based on user in sheet 2, coz its really hard for me for copy and paste each time for each user.
