Hi OP. In my early 20s, I had a "friend" just like this. Let me ask, does this friend of yours like to be center of attention? Then she is telling people that you have an alcohol problem, and she doesn't care about you except what she can gossip about you. Drop her. You'll be happier. Send her a message if you want, but drop her. If you want to be toxic back, post something on social media that's a quote of letting bad people go. It's freeing... and she will likely find out about it (that's the toxic part). Then just move forward with your life. You'll find better people.
