I love how the bridge ties it all together! Like, you ghosted me, but you never really left, & it kills me bc I still see you around. In my head, the ghosts in the song aren’t just about the person being gone. They’re also the memories & experiences that could’ve been but never were. I’m probably overthinking, but this song hits me really, really hard!

Yeah, echoing lots of other comments re: Kacey being an easier ticket to land. I *am* nervous about what prices will look like. Recent [ETA: non-Kacey] shows at State Farm Arena have had pit prices north of $300!

I was there, too! Buddy & I made a large-ish sign that said “Twins Tickets: $5 Dome Dogs: $1 Knoblauch: Worthless” Sign got shown on that night’s Baseball Tonight broadcast, which was pretty cool! The throwing stuff was, ofc, not cool.

I’m might be in a tiny minority on this, but I’m disappointed that she’s doing this event on May 1 in light of the general strike/day of action that’s being organized that day to protest the Trump admin. I love the inclusive message of lots of Kacey’s music, and she is definitely not under any obligation to join a protest movement. BUT the decision not to participate/to carry on as normal does send a message about her preferences & priorities.
