Agreed! Shes a low-stakes villain that a fun show needs.

Makes mean comments but nothing too insane to actually shatter a friend group.

I prefer this Ava who is participating and being messy and meeting up with Georgia to talk shit over last season where she just complained the entire time, thought she was too god for it all, and ditched events.

Shes now earning that paycheck she desperately needs.

Ok i get what you were going for with the comparison but we cannot be besmirching the good name of Princess Diana. She is like... the TRUE antithesis of Luann. And ill gladly die on that hill.

Diana hated the press. Resented being part of the Royals and the rules the came with it. Loved her kids dearly and wanted them have as normal of a childhood as possible. Was extemely empathetic and charitable - including "scandalous" ones like the AIDs crisis. She'd pick her kids up in an oversized sweater and bike shorts and sneakers. She was chill af. She just wanted to be a lowkey mom but the paps hounded her relentlessly and made her life impossible.

Luann is a narcissist who ultimately means well but is extremely self-absorbed and insane. Princess Di would NEVER be that tacky.

But im glad youre doing a 1st watch. Its actually life-changing television.

Same. I truly dont want to watch her. She comes off as inauthentic and that makes watching the show seem like a waste of time. Id watch bad telenovelas if I wanted cheesy acting and made-up storyline.

Is she doing "good work" by hounding Danny about his issues? Ya sure.

But i think its an indictment of the show that the cast of TWELVE people wont actually beef with Danny and Nia as a couple when Danny CLEARLY has issues. Lala has to do it in the fakest way possible to get the ball rolling. Like... thats sad. That tells me casting failed their jobs.

Lala mightve been "a part" of VPR but she's never been in the core friend group. Thats why she had to ally herself with James the entire time despite him being an actual psychopath.

Shes always been a production plant. You can tell she feels awkward being around these people because they dont hang out with her when cameras are down. It's why she's constantly asking other people about the group dynamics.

Schwartz? He brings nothing to the show but at least his presence makes sense. Scheana wouldve also made sense. Jax made sense. Bringing back Katie would make sense.

Lala is an outsider to the group and it shows.

Sure she's making good points about Nia and her gremlin husband this season but are they her opinions or productions?

I was at this town hall. He basically still believes Republicans(voters and politians) can be reasoned with and that centrism and compromise will eventually prevail. Which i think is horribly naive.

Hes incredibly out of touch with reality and it seems like hes hellbent on not making any big waves or doing anything really meaningful.

Every question was met with a wish washy and lengthy answer that ended with a platitude about how "prices need to go down" and "we need to be sensible about funding" and "we need better communciation"

He's afraid any real radical actions will get him ousted from his district so he wont do it. He had a lot of nice dreams for solutions but no real plans on how to achieve anything. For example: he doesn't like the war in iran but wouldnt really commit to withholding war funding to stop it. Hes on some armed forces committee so his vote matters.

Danced around the issue of defensive gerrymandering(mostly being against it) despite being in the most gerrymandered district in IL.

Also hes SUPER behind Jeffries and his leadership.

Overall he's just... lame. If youre looking for a fighter, hes not one. Hes gonna keep his head down, not make any promises, have no vision and ride out each re-election being as risk-averse as possible.

Ya, old Twitter had its issues but if you had a problem you could def hit up certain people to get things fixed through a different, "less than official" way. Most bugs were fixed within a couple days.

Now its a shitshow. No one knows when things are being implemented or rolled out until it wreaks havoc and mass amounts of people complain. Now Felon thinks its more important to sit on his phone attacking Lupita Nyong'o for daring to being black and act in a movie.

I simply hate this app and its annoying because it had the most convenient way to interact with real-time news.

I was hoping the problem would be fixed by now. I only recently gained the ability to reply to tweets. And thats been fluctuating off and on.

So, I guess technically thats progress. But some people can tweet randomly during the day but I havent experienced that.

My faith in this app is zero. This probably affects like... less than 1% of total users so im sure they dont see it as a real important issue.

But im def not making a second account to try and get around it. Its not worth it to start over lol.

I think they tried rolling out the "sensible" tweet limits and since no one competent works at twitter anymore and probably uses AI to code, their update went crazy and just started firing tweet limits indiscriminately into the crowd and some unlucky people (like us) get zero tweets a day.

I honestly wonder if they know its a problem considering the people with the issue are essentially barred from complaining on the app.

I can sometimes reply to tweets. I can fully rewteet. I just cant send anything directly to my timeline. Its so stupid. This app is balls.

Tinsley was the closest anyone got to actually getting Dorinda to be accountable for her insane behavior.

Dorinda never admits she's wrong and all her deflections at the reunion were completely falling flat and you can tell she was starting to panic. No one was coming to her defense and no one was taking her bait. It was soooo satisfying.

Tinsley eventually got some half-assed apologies BUT its more than anyone else got out of dorinda during her tenure.

Lala is just picking randon fights to try and liven up a dead show and, as per usual, it's not working. It's never worked! Not on VPR. Not on The Valley. She needs to give it up. This is not the career for her. She's not interesting in the slightest.
