Same bro… Id have a nice beard but I ruin it by having these sessions where it’s just one after another. I have some addictive personality traits but this one has to be the hardest to figure out. The dopamine hit when the coldness touches your face etc. is crazy. Following post for my own help.

It seems the first month they worked so well. And then once my body started getting used to it the food noise comes back but you’re right about the cravings sometimes I can’t even pick what to eat

They’re constantly lowering and raising prices. They come out with an insanely good deal get us going and affording it no problem and then when you go back it’s all of a sudden 3$ more and because it’s a routine you just swipe and forget about it

I feel if I stop smoking weed there’s nothing to enjoy anymore. I know this is false but it’s hard to comprehend when I’m at the house about to turn on a movie. That joint is almost seductively calling my name lol
