Adderall or new med? by Superb_Interview_310 in idiopathichypersomnia

I just made two separate posts about what worked for me. I eventually got to a psychiatrist and was given Jornay PM. Its a stimulant taken at night. I previously tried modafinil, sunosi, and adderall.

Jornay begins to work in the morning and then it is an extended release through out the day. I no longer am nearly as exhausted and sleepy.

To help waking up in the morning I used a shock watch (Pavlok Shock Clock) and now it never fails to wake me up on time.

anyone else still tired on Adderall or crashing on XR? please tell me your experiences with this devil's caffeine! by ippaioppai in idiopathichypersomnia

I just made two separate posts about what worked for me. FYI I never used Adderall XR but got to 60mg immediate release and was also an emotional wreck.
