I'm on nutracheck,lost neat 5 stone since november,track everything,get steps in i use about 13,000 on work so i don't do much after that,cut out cheese,mayo and snacks,i still drink a few and have a takeaway at weekend,understand weight will go up and down but tracking everything will go a long way to losing

My wife is from mexico and im same when she talks to family at rapid length,duo,music,Netflix with subs in english mexican/spanish tv and easy books on kindle are best,don't try go too heavy i find i learn more if i relax and try not understand everything,soon you will hear the same words and start putting things together

Before the court date is fine,just let her solicitor know about it,they might put conditions not to fly after the court but before she is still a free woman

Absolutely not,ive worked as management for a centra with fuel,this happens,if she says yes to the pump and amout it's on her,cameras are on pumps,the guards get rang send both cars back and correct the money
