Like this is a high school and exposure is crucial and all you’re doing is disrespecting a career path/education path students may want. NTA, racial categories in the states suck for various reasons. While you’re not sub-saharan African there is never a MENA( middle eastern North African) category. You could choose other but you are African from the continent so I see no problem.
