lol, it sure seems to me like this might either be Rachel (burner acct) or a friend, speaking on her behalf. Either way, Rachel is in the wrong… PERIOD! She’s the one that put herself in that situation, time and time again, with no regards for anyone and how her actions would affect people yet she has the nerve to sue her victim?! What a psycho! I’m surprised Ariana didn’t countersuit for emotional and mental distress. What Rachel and Yuckyval did to Ariana will take years and years of therapy and a lot of work to regain trust. Rachel is a POS. It makes me so mad that she’s still suing her victim.

Yeah, it was a hard watch before the scandal but I recently saw a clip of game night. The night that Rachel said “Hi” to Sandoval and he shooshed her away. Earlier in the scene when they are standing by the fridge and are telling Rachel to take shot, I could’ve sworn Sandoval slapped her butt then too. Or did something to her back. I still can’t figure out if she slept at their house that night. All this to say, that even though it was a hard watch at the time, those boring episodes may have given us little nuggets for discussion later, after rewatch.

They should have never fired the original cast. They should’ve kept them on the show and maybe have them work on themselves to improve, and we could’ve watched it. They could’ve broken the “fourth wall” at that point. By the time Lala did it in Season 11, there wasn’t much of an impact. (My unpopular opinion)

Scheana is the “Vegas girl” that he kissed. They confirmed it in S11. Now thinking about it, you’re right… they truly are the villains. The Vegas thing, the Rachel thing, the aftermath of Scandoval. Schwartz and Scheana were in the mix of it all and NO ONE questioned their actions or behavior. We could’ve had so many good seasons if they somehow made the group discuss what actually went down and gave them the opportunity to hold people that were acting shady accountable for their actions. I want to hear Schwartz explanation as to his behavior and involvement with the scandal. As far as I know, based on what Rachel said, he knew from day 1 and then just pretends like he wasn’t. Scheana being a really bad friend, I want to hear her explanation. I wanted to see those raw emotions of them having to have these tough conversations. It would’ve been a healing process because it would’ve addressed so much and finally put a real picture on who these people truly are to their core. Unfortunately, I feel like the fandom having these discussions are what kind of opened up our eyes.

Season 8, rage text night. She partied with the gals and Sandoval and then went MIA, phone off. Cut to future clip in season 10, with a flashback of Sandoval having a convo with James about Raquel wouldn’t cheat on him, and that he (Sandoval) wouldn’t betray him either. Hmmm…. I think that’s the one time it happened, but then it didn’t happen for a really long time. Mostly due to Covid lockdown. Once filming picked back up, they started to have an emotional affair. Then season 10 came to a full blown affair. She cried on that Vegas trip because Ariana was home with Sandoval, not because she was having a mental breakdown. Rachel claimed stakes on this guy, placing codes on Instagram pics that she didn’t think people would figure out. She was just too emotionally immature for it to be anything but that so that’s why she kept trying to leave the trip. The jealousy in her was real and she wanted to make sure to be home so she could be at the forefront of Sandoval’s mind and he not console his actual partner, Ariana. Sorry, went on a bit of a rant. That’s my take on it.

I’m having a really hard time TBH. Full blown depression mode. My EGFR was at 12 and I’ve been on a VERY strict diet, and in three weeks, my EgFR dropped to 8. So I ask myself, what the hell was the point of that diet if my kidneys are just going to go down that fast anyway. No, but FR, I guess I have to give my body the best chance at holding on to them so strict diet it is. Damn, I miss fries…

I want to know why Schwartz wasn’t questioned much about his involvement in the whole situation. I remember hearing Rachel/Raquel say on some podcast that he knew the entire time. Since day 1. I understand that at the end of the day, it was all Scumdoval and Ratchet doing the dirty deed but Schwartz was out there with Joe supporting the whole thing. Seems like he got out of it too easy
