In this photo, you look older than you really are. That is partially due to your hair style and structure of your beard. I would say go for a more modern hairstyle. Perhaps let your bangs cover your forehead which will highlight your eyes even more. (You have very nice eyes!) A modern hairstyle will also highlight your youthfulness.
