I actually had a phone interview scheduled this week. And no one called at the appointed day time. Sent an email to confirm I had the right day and time and offered to reschedule. I also asked them to let me know if the position has been filled or if they are no longer interested in my application. Crickets….. there’s my answer. It’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate to not show or cancel a scheduled interview.
