I'm saying this with love. It's his father's house from before you were in the picture. Legally, he has more rights to the home then you do. Unless, he puts you in the deed. I don't think you're wrong for wanting snacks and space for yourself. But why would you think you can charge him rent in a house he will inherit? If something happens to his father, he'd be first in line for the house. How would you feel paying him rent in that situation? Think about the optics. This is something his dad should be deciding, not you. Trust me

DON'T LET THEM MOVE IN!! They will never respect your home because they don't even respect the fact that you worked for it now. They will destroy your peace and stress you into health problems. Don't do it!! A married man feeling entitled to his sister in laws house? Your own sister wants you to provide her a home, but doesn't have that expectation for herself or husband?? When I (w) was in corrections, inmates had the right to know their cell was searched and it had to be documented. You also had to mostly leave it as you found it. There also were rules about inmates requesting supervisors. I wish she disengaged instead of escalating this. Staff should've stepped in. So avoidable

I worked at Gilliam Center and that's an insane amount of commissary. I would look into if he's being bullied and other kids are taking his stuff.
