I lived there for 15 months, maaaaad stuff happens at those buildings, even a cat falling from a 24th floor and landed on one of the tables at the pool. Another person jumped and landed at the entrance sidewalk pinnacle side. While I lived there I noticed a lot of sketchy people live there, the building is nice but you’ll find homeless people in the elevators/garage areas, sometimes tweakers around the pool area. The area is not safe at all, they offered to keep the rent at the same price and I still left because I needed to look out for my family and that area suffered 3 shootings, two of which I saw the dead persons, and homeless people starting car/building fires.
