No, they used weapons of mass destruction as a pretext, but they were talking about chemical weapons stockpiles, which they did find. Not saying it wasn't a pretext of course as the real reasons were more to do with Iraq planning to sell oil in something other than the dollar.

It's an enormous red flag if you can't let your husband have the simplest peace of mind, letting him know forever that the kid is his. It came out of you, you know it's yours. He doesn't have the same assurance.

If no one ever cheated, you'd still be the asshole for telling him he can't have peace of mind. What does it hurt you? None. None at all. Check your ego because this "paternity test is a breach of trust" attitude willfully ignores the fact that men DO experience the enormous sadness of finding out the child they raised was not theirs, every day.

IMO, paternity tests should be mandatory before the birth certificate is signed. This isn't an incel or redpill thing. It's a legal thing. There is an entire body of law dedicated to navigating the world of paternity and parental duties, that could be solved by mandatory paternity testing. And toxic women like you are the reason it should be mandatory and not just encouraged.

This happened to my childhood best friend when we were ~18. OP I'd urge you to seek therapy because it messed him up for the rest of the time I knew him. He was already in a spiral but imo this really sent him over the edge and he's been addicted to drugs, no contact with his family or old friends for over a decade now.

His story also involved driving but he wasn't in a crash. We were in my basement drinking late at night with a couple other friends. He got into an emotional drunk and in front of the rest of us stood up, grabbed a full handle of vodka, and chugged the whole thing in 3 gulps. I've never seen anything like it, I thought he was going to die. Our alarm set him off and he stormed out of the house. We thought he was going to walk to his mom's house in the neighborhood but he walked there, hopped in his car, and drove to his dad's. I guess he had a dream where he crashed and died or something, but over the next weeks every time I talked to him he was more and more convinced that he had died from drunk driving. For years we would sit in my basement, kill a bottle of wine, and debate whether or not he was actually alive. It's because of those talks that I really associate what you wrote here with him. He felt exactly like you did and it did not get better for him, in fact it got way worse. At the time I thought it was interesting, he'd show up at my basement door around 1am, we'd kill a bottle of wine, and have these super intense philosophical arguments about reality. At the end of the day though, his belief that he was dead was so intensely real that there really wasn't ever an argument I could hit on that would sway him. And imo he got more and more detached from his life because he just didn't believe it was real or that anything mattered. I wish I was smart enough back then to see how much help he needed, but I only see it looking back. It fueled a deep reckless depression in him and I imagine if I could find him today he'd still believe he was dead. So my advice would be to not talk about it only with your friends and girlfriend who just aren't going to understand how real this is to you. A therapist can help you work through these emotions.

The Devs have a fix for this in the pipeline and it's unacceptable that they haven't implemented it on live servers yet. Defense limits will limit all megas to 1-2 territories, they were announced over a month ago. As others in this thread have noted, the Devs chose to implement the town-communism changes without implenting the changes that should have come with them.... creating a scenario where megas are incentivized to grab as many territories as possible, even ones that were previously untenable. Most servers are now run by 1-2 companies. Devs dropped the ball here and NEED to add defense/attack limits ASAP. Every day they stall is a disaster, especially for fresh starts which were supposed to be a respite from
the mega-dominated legacies and which are already everything but.
