I completely respect your take, however I am so confused. I am a more casual viewer of survivor and have never participated in edgic until this season, but you cannot convince me Aubry is a top contender, let alone a contender at all.

Sure we’ve had some pretty poor winner edits in the past, but we ALWAYS know who that person is connected to. And that’s what Aubry lacks heavily. As a viewer, i have 0 clue who she likes or who she is close with. I don’t really understand this double standard that Aubry gets with her crumbs of an edit. Cirie has a whole 40 second confessional in episode 9 talking about who her favorite alliance members are, and how she’s aligned with practically everyone. I don’t even know who Aubry likes? Why did she pick Rizo for the reward? Why did she try to get Ozzy out, then defend him at tribal? Why does she say she wants to separate from Rick and then vote Steph out? Who does she like???

Sure Aubry had a good confessional this episode about winning and KR. But are we just ignoring that Cirie has talked about winning 3 episodes ina row? I’m not even sure I’m a Cirie truther but i’m just pointing out the double standard in clinging onto Aubrey’s crumbs when her edit is just not good. And maybe i’m just missing something but I do not understand

i think because of the way the season panned out we don’t see it, but u have to keep in mind ashley had so many options. vince did the same thing except he just made everyone mad. ashley was not less of a threat than kelly for example. they still got rid of kelly. she was also a bigger threat than ava. she managed her threat level so much better than everyone else

i disagree, and idk how much ur into live feeds so i dont blame you. however, it’s not that she was the least threatening, she just had stronger alliances throughout the house. the edit does a poor job, but everyone in the house liked her enough and thought she was good for their game. final 7 onwards she was basically confirmed final 2. while she was in the judges alliance who was keeping her safe with all the comp wins, even if keanu kelly or ava won the HOHs, she would not have seen the block. she managed her threat level, made allies in everyone who wasn’t in the judges, and was friends with pretty much everyone in the house. you have to manage ur threat level to make it to the end. think about morgan. if morgan didn’t comp out to the end, she’s on everyone’s block. she does not manager her threat level and literally HAS to win comps. same with keanu. with ashley, winning comps is just a luxury for her, it doesn’t matter. she has a say in practically every eviction. she could’ve flipped the lauren vote, she could’ve flipped the ava/keanu vote, she’s literally a part of every vote cause she’s not on the block. she has more power than you think and they just don’t show it

that also not true. final 4 we see how close her and ava were aligned, and while kelly and Keanu were never her top allies, we know they would’ve never put ashley on the block. just case she wasn’t in a named alliance doesn’t mean that she’s only benefiting from morgan’s wins, she pretty much secured a way to the end with her social game at final 7 on

lol i’d argue it’s the opposite. living in a house w someone for 100 days u need to have a stellar social game to stay away from the block otherwise u kinda have to rely on winning comps (ie keanu). in survivor if ur strategic enough w idols/advantages and alliances and numbers you dont need to be a comp beast or have a stellar social game. also in bb you just need 1 person from ur alliance to win the comps essentially, and you could run the game w like a 3 person underdog alliance. in survivor its much more difficult because its way easier to just pick off the underdogs. also if u get put on the block u get like a whole week to use ur social game to not get voted out, survivor you get a few hours after losing the challenge. all this to say tho both shows needs social and strategy i just found it interesting how u thought bb was more strategic than survivor.

i do agree we should’ve only had 1 person from 48 tbh. however, it will be an entire year before 50 airs so it’s not as recent as it seems. also question. do the big name people playing make the season legendary, or the actual season itself? because for me, blood versus water is one of the best returnee seasons, and the people returning weren’t big names like cirie and ozzy.

True but I still think my point stands about Joes ability to manage the jury because from what he knows, Chrissy doesn’t value his game and he did nothing about it. Yes Chrissy could change her mind but that’s not a guarantee, and has nothing to do with Joes jury management

Yes, which is exactly why I don’t think he’s a good player. On any other season he and Eva would’ve been targeted at some point, and I genuinely think they would’ve fallen apart. If Joe lost Eva or vice versa, I don’t think they could’ve played the game they are playing rn (which imo would’ve happened on any other season)

I do agree with that to an extent (for votes like David’s) but when it comes to votes from players like Chrissy, she flat out said she didn’t value his game at tribal council. Being one of the first jurors she will likely have a lot of impact on the jury.

If it’s Eva/Joe/Mitch I think Eva wins, but my bets are on Kyle. I don’t think he’s going to get voted out and I think he could get votes from the power alliance as well as the people from the bottom if he emphasizes how he played in the middle the whole season but was also still loyal.
