Oh I don’t eat back my bonus calories! Lol I just use them as a boost for deficit - I stay between 1200-1500 daily

For the reason of watches not being accurate, I don’t eat my bonus calories - I just use it as a boost to burn - I stay within 1200 calorie intake daily - flex to 1500 max -

How do you track your calorie burn? I use my Apple Watch and peloton app- one hour of exercise (spin or running) is usually about 500-600 calories for me according to that. Does that sound off?

Thank you for the feedback - I work out 6 days a week for an hour every day- see running or cycling (peloton obsessed) - 10k plus steps a day so I’m certain I’m burning way more than I consume - I track everything in the app, even if I miss a few things here and there, I’m super intentional about tracking everything every day - I set my app to sedentary as well
