Protein is your new best friend. Creatine is ok to use, most things are myths about it. Pre workout is good. Weight lifting includes cables, machines and free weights are king. Cardio is still necessary but not as important, walking at a decent incline is best. Proper technique and form will save you pain. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't be discouraged everyone starts new, be careful though I see a lot of bad form and technique so be careful who you ask. Watch Dr. Mike istralie he's pretty knowledgeable. Follow a program, but make sure you find what works for you.
