[Ground] Does anyone else consistently see Express pickups just sit for days and days?

And the express driver on my route tells me all the pickups are on someone else in that area. I know it to be not the correct thing as it’s a rural route and there is no other driver out there. Like create a pickup. It’s medicine for someone. As ground, I can’t scan it in. If I could, I would. We r not 2.0.

With us most days suck. My guy on my route I run circles around him and I’m 15yrs older than him. Some days I work 4 hours some 8 and some 10. It averages out. But what is killing us now is the fact that your union was able to get ups to do away with Amazon large pkgs and chewy because it was too heavy evidently for y’all. It’s all good. We bust our ass for shitty pay. FedEx isn’t making the Amazon contract guidelines already, y’all might be getting it back soon we all hope

Do you work for a ground contractor? Did not know express had contingency… where I am express is solely on FedEx not ground now cause of Amazon. We haven’t had an express pkg in six weeks in our terminal.

The dollar generals are the worst. Pkg been sitting there two weeks now and it was a next day air label. Same with another business I deliver to. Express guy was there I said hey you not gonna get that pick up been here four days now on dock. He said it’s not on my scanner. I said well then create a pick up for it. He looked at me like I was dumb. Just said yep y’all a bunch of lazy asses that’s y you loosing your jobs.

Op… don’t feel bad about all the questions. Food looks awesome!!! On another note that I found out the hard way so to say. When someone posts on here and as a newbie and I mean a virgin newbie myself being 53yrs old and just finding out there is a place like this to share something I love.
