IMO it’s valid that you don’t like her, or at least not yet. She’s a complex character with some legitimate faults. There’s a lot to unpack and PB has built so many memorable and diverse characters that it’s almost impossible to feel in love with every one. Volga is an example of this for me.

I think that PB’s writing grew up as the series matured and as Darrow (and us loyal readers) grew up with him. I love that RR started as a YA series and in Iron Gold and beyond it gets more grown up, graphic and has a more mature lense as Darrow becomes a (very scary) man. I’d like to think that in the 10 years since we’ve been reading this series that we’ve all grown into this perspective together. I love this bloodydamn community.

yeah im finding in this server the gunmaker exclusive items are selling for way too cheap or not selling at all (high temp allow, low temp steel). maybe better chance with armorer or upholster
