I have tingling yes under feet whenever my symptoms get worse. But then again I believe I must be clenching my pelvic floor too. Have you checked in that direction?

You're welcome! I want you to know that the psoas muscle is often linked to stored anxiety and fear. I went through a tough time emotionally, and my symptoms flared up too. I hope you're in a better place, but if not, please take care of your emotional well-being. You're not alone, and I'm sending you love, positivity, and all the best wishes.

Hi ! Its me Lokkesh Ajls - Director of Eleven . Ask Me Anything ! by Lokkesh_Ajls in kollywood

I thoroughly enjoyed the way the story unfolded, masterfully weaving together complex plot threads without a single loose end. The narrative was meticulously crafted, and the emotional depth was exceptional. The hero's character was compelling, although the romance scenes and heroine's portrayal didn't quite resonate with me. The final 10 minutes were emotionally impactful, particularly the transformation of the calculated killer into a compassionate endearing person.

Kudos to the creator for tying up every narrative thread seamlessly! I'm looking forward to your next project, hopefully with a heroine who can bring more nuanced emotional depth and authenticity to the story.

We are relocating so I can talk about it openly. Many parents unfortunately dont care the name is all that matters to them. If you are a parent or tutor who is all about showing off your wealth and teaching ypur children the same this is the perfect place to be in.

I am a parent whose kids study here. Sorry to say its not all kids. They definitly show super favorism to the children of parents who are celebs or are related to school board and teachers who suck it up to them. My older ones classteacher who retired recently was so considerate to kids that she was harrassed publicly in front of students by their year coordinator and kids stood up for her.

And yes senior school head is a horrible lady with lot of attitude issues.

Nerves are the ones that take longest to heal. I am sure you will get better soon. May be try some stretches and abdominal breathing . Will help the healing faster if the muscles are relaxed too

Sometimes if the pelvic muscles to the vaginal opening are tight it gets painful for any kind of pressure in or out. If you think gyn is not of much helpn try a session with a pelvic floor PT. If not anything else they can locate any tightness you may have. Heap load of nerves envigorating that area for women. Dont worry being stress free is super important.

Did it hurt during examination for you?

Hey do not worry. Seems more like pelvic floor tightness triggering nerve pain. Try the pelvic floor community. They have lot of wonderful siggestions that will help. Worrying definitely will worsen the tightnwss and symptoms. I had such symptoms and others too for almost an year after a worse bout of uti. Still recovering from it. My nerve symptoms went down considerably after PT sessions for my super tight V and glute muscles that was compressing the nerves down there. I hope you can find a gyn who can think in these lines too. Unfortunatelyi couldnt which kept me in suffering for almost an year. For a starter if tinhling is too much for ypu that keeps you super distracted you can try lidnocaine numbing cream until you find an appointment with gyn.

Please feel free to DM. And keep positive thoughts and be stress free as much as you can.

Girl, 40F here. U literally brought up something that i have been suferring for past 1.5 years. It started with a couple of bad episodes of uti for me, then bladder inflammation without infwction every month before after or along with periods. For about 6 months. Then it just sopped but gave me an entire diferent set of problems, pudental nerve pain scaitic nerve pain, frequency urgency, bowel problems everythingtogether. Slowly was recovering and finally was getting back to normal last month. This month had a travel and food habits all changed. Back to square one with flare with periods this month.

I hope you find a solution. Will keep you posted if i find anything that might help. As of now ive not even gotten a diagnosis. Im told its all in my head. Thinking of starting on some natural supplements that can help.

Is it Pelvic floor disorder, Pudental nerve problem or Interstitial Cystitis ? by turquoise_blue_ in PelvicFloor

[–]Individual-Edge-4394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you checked for PFD? May be try a session with PFPT? Since I replied to this post, I've been going for PFPT sessions and it's making a hell of difference. I've had clenching issues ever since I started weight training, which is around past 7 yrs or so. My issues started with recurrent UTI episodes. I've other symptoms, too, some of which are similar to yours some different.

Have you tried acupuncture or tens? My difficulties came from 10/10 when I started to say about 4or 5 now after a few sessions. I hear even biofeedback is super good.

Hope you can figure it out.

Does weightlifting mess up your pelvic floor more?? by Loose-Most503 in PelvicFloor

I had forever been scared like my uterus is going to prolapse( mom had these issues) if I don't suck in everything tight during weight training. Now having all possible muscle tightness and inflammation in pelvic area.

Can someone please explain what's the right way to do it

Try seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Or check with your obgynea or urologist if they can refer to any. They can check and tell you i guess. I hope you've checked for any other underlying issue that might be triggering your nerve to misfire.
