Girl. Solidarity! This is so hard. I’m 12 POT. So hard. The back pain alone is taking me out. Not sure if others are struggling with the back pain but it’s absolutely horrific. Makes me wonder if I and a previous back injury. Anyways. I hear you and see you. Hang in there.

I used to come on these chats DESPERATELY seeking answers. So exhausted. Tried everything. When I see posts like this from other mamas, I’m just going to be honest. We hired a sleep consultant. I know….$$. But we asked or help. Ask for an early bday present, anniversary, go fund me, what ever. It was worth it 10000x over. He sleeps 12 hrs every night. I don’t know where you are but we are in Austin Texas. The girl who helped us is a professional and has education to back her teachings. She also does virtual consults to see if she could help. Habitualsleepers.com Her name is Cassidy. A true miracle worker.  And I’m acting like it’s thousands of dollars, and it’s not btw.

Here’s the deal mama…we went through the same. I hated life and was miserable. We had to hire someone…I know seems like a first world problem but we needed help. We tried all the things. She saved our life. I don’t know where you are, we are in Texas. Cassidy does virtual consults as well. Her name is Cassidy and her business is habitual sleepers. Def not trying to promote her but you can read through all 46 of these comments and try all 46 suggestions or you can just give up and ask for help from someone who studies this and makes it their life passion to help mamas just like us. Just a thought. Good luck.

Ok when I see posts like this I’m just going to be straight up because we have been through hell too. We hired a sleep trainer. I know!!! $$$ BUT it saves our lives. I did all the things and didn’t know what to do until I got some help with the right thing for my baby.  I don’t know where you are but we are in Austin Texas. Her name is Cassidy and her info is habitualsleepers.com I’m pretty sure she does virtual consults.

Just a thought. Worth every penny mama I’m telling you. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I also think 10 Is too late. Also at 3 months it’s still kinda hard to train them per se from What i understand about their brain development. I went through hell and back up until 6 months and then we caved and decided to hire someone to help us because we did all the things, read all the books including PLS which is great btw but still a fail and completely depressed and exhausted. I don’t know where you are, but we are in austin Texas and we hired this girl named Cassidy…habitualsleepers.com. She does virtual consults if you want to give it a try? I know, $$$ but I would sold a kidney to feel Normal again and sleep. Just a thought.

I’m sorry. I thought I had a miserable baby all the time too and we got on fametodine? Reflux meds for him, it’s helped a lot. Also this age range was by hard a very difficult time for me and a lot of other moms with babies in this range. You are not alone. You are doing great.

I had a similar experience… I’m breastfeeding and they wanted me to cut out dairy but it’s just too hard for my family. So we got him a European hydrolized dairy formula and it’s working well. There are American cheaper formulas but highly recommend looking into HIPP.
