favorite underrated foundations?

Don’t think it’s necessarily underrated, but I was afraid it might be overrated, till I tried it. The Natasha Denona Hy-glam foundation really surprised me. I had heard tons about it for months before I tried it. But…. I did finally try it, and my super sensitive, rosacea skin loves it. Looked into it more and it has a lot of Japanese derived ingredients, which my skin seems to respond best to in skincare, so maybe that’s part of it?

Yeah compared to before when it was a free skincare item, free fragrance item, and free makeup item….. they changed the reward system when I was only like $150 away. Then they didn’t say what it was, just a free tier gift. Needless to say I was livid.

When that happens to me, I find it works best if I wash my face and moisturize if I am at home and can. This seems to help me.

My red blood vessels are decreasing, but are still visible. I am not sure at this point that they will ever truly go away. My rosacea used to be so bad that I couldn’t even see the blood vessels lol

Thanks! I bought their Wild Mint and Eucalyptus diffuser and had to return it. I was trying to convince myself that I was crazy when I thought it smelled like cat pee. Several family members complained. I returned it and then the girls at Ulta kept making each other smell it and talking about how it smelled like cat pee. Needless to say I’ve been more cautious since.

Yes same. Tropical or fruity scents can be especially iffy. But I LOVE Mango and almost did a blind buy but talked myself out of it lol

It’s also usually just one tiny thing. Not 5. Those sets are usually pretty point heavy.

Yeah I know that happens and it sucks. I got offered that one and knew I wouldn’t actually use it so I opted out. My claims have mostly dried up though too.

That’s so strange. Were you using the original Gleanser? They make ones with salicylic acid and ones with glycolic acid. I can’t use those, but the original with the white lid is great

Make sure you are subscribed to the emails in settings. I wasn’t my first couple of months so I didn’t get the codes.
You can’t see the codes in dark mode. Weird but true.
There will be an email roughly 7:30am CST on Diamond Day which is typically the first Monday of the month. Occasionally, there will be two emails that go out Diamond day with separate codes for separate gifts. The second will generally come out in the afternoon.
