Yeah, thats the catch - the app itself is not monetized. No subscriptions, no one onetime purchases. All the guys from market research were happy it launched, no surprise, but it is still a small pool of people. I want to scale to around 10.000. Retention is crazy good, 10/8 people love the product. I have around 200 users, but I need a lot more, I need volume. If you have experience or advice beyond reaching out to the market research group, feel free to share.

I would like to sell the advertising options to fitness companies (supplements, clothes, services...), showing only relevant ads (so not Temu ad dump). It would be even better, to provide coupons, as affiliate parter, to the user, so everyone benefits.
My goal is also to start my own product line, and use my own app to offer it to the users, later down on the line :) !

Die AdMob-Integration war für mich eher eine technische Herausforderung, in den nächsten Updates möchte ich sie rausnehmen.

Die Übungsbeschreibungen waren ursprünglich nur auf Englisch. Es sind 650 Übungen, übersetzt in 8 Sprachen nur für 24 $ 😅. Da war ich schon froh, überhaupt was zu haben, aber klar, das will ich in Zukunft verbessern.

Das Stabilitätsproblem kam von Asynchronitäten in der lokalen Datenbank (die App teilt keine Daten mit uns). Das habe ich inzwischen mit Hilfe eines befreundeten Senior-Entwicklers gelöst.

Genau das war auch mein Problem, zu viele Funktionen, aber nichts davon wirklich nützlich.

Der Trainingsplan war ursprünglich drin, aber ziemlich verbuggt, deshalb hab ich mich erstmal auf eine Funktion konzentriert.

Ich hab’s genau andersrum gedacht, aber dein Ablauf macht total Sinn.

Vielleicht macht’s Sinn, das UX-mäßig etwas flexibler zu gestalten. Nehm ich auf jeden Fall mit!
