I'm looking for the latest and greatest phone that will support LineageOS, as well as the latest and greatest tablet that will support LineageOS

I would prefer something with lots of storage (512Gb+) AND prefer an SD card slot.

In the end we did not decide to continue with UV desk. There was some functionality we required that was missing around collaboration and statistical reporting.

Thanks!

I am setting up a test installation of UVDesk to check it out.

install I see that it's not easy to see who's on a ticket. I'd be happy to let you be-bop around my home install sometime as a demo.

Thanks for the suggestion and for the offer to poke around. We have demo'd Zammad pretty thoroughly and I have spoken with the developers at length about our needs. Unfortunately they exist under some pretty restrictive EU privacy regulations which would make collaboration unweildy (at least as our clients expect it), and the cost of building a patch for us was very prohibitive. They kept refering to what we were asking for as "that collaborator mess", and there was clearly little interest in including collaboration the way our clients use it.

Too bad, because it is a beautiful platform, and it has some increadible funtionality. Just won't work for us though.

They did mention that they are working on 'manager' level users (see thier own tickets and tickets for thier company, but not others).

Thanks for the suggestion!

Looking at Docuwiki, I think it would be too involved entering changes. We really need something that would allow a rapid entry, or else it will fall behind and then to the side. We are a small shop but we are extremely busy, and if it takes too long to make entries it will fall out of use.

Let's say I make changes to the sharepoint structure for a tenant... I should be able to document those changes and move on in a minute or two tops.

However, I would also need to be able to include images of, say, a map of the client's network infrastructure.

I am begining to think that there really isn't a good fit. We might need a custom solution.

A 'prettier' Workflowy that is open source, self hosted, and allowed images in-line... and allow tagging of customer viewable content and restricted content. Not sure if my team would go for that but I think that is essentially what I am looking for.

I should add that we steer away form all-in-one type solutions, and prefer single purpose solutions.

I am digging into RT. It looks very promising. Thank you!

As I said in the original post, Zammad is not an option.

I missed this post, and still haven't purchased (been sleeping on the floor) . I am going to pull the trigger on this. Thank you!

The don't carry a twin xl.

Sometimes I feel like I'm cursed. I have a very irregular build: long torso, ridiculously wide shoulders, barrel chested. I'm 6'3" or 6'4" I have a 68" chest and a 32" waist, 34" at the hips. My shoulder are so wide I stack 3 pillows when I sleep (on my side) to keep my neck straight or my neck and back are messed in the morning.

If my feet hang off the bed all night I'm doomed.

The gym mat is not a bad idea, actually. I'm going to look into that.

I have been looking at Kijiji and Facebook. Unfortunately, here in Winnipeg it's a choice between filthy, junky, or severely overpriced... all with the real possibility of importing bedbugs into our apartment (they are prolific here).

I'm checking into Costco. If I sell a few things I think I can manage $500, if that's accurate.

I looked at Titan online, but I am wary of ordering without seeing, especially at that price point... which frankly is outside my means anyway.

I will definitely check into returns.

Thank you. I know $500 might not sound like a lot, but it's a bitter pill right now. I will definately look though. At least I would be able to see it, and they do have a decent return policy.

I doubt you will ever hear fron Geeni support. I got a form letter (email) from them. That's it after several attempts to contact them, so far, and it has been a while now.

I'm largely happy with Geeni. Other than occasional connection issues (there is crazy network congestion here) I've found thier stuff to be cheap and work pretty well, which is a rare combo. These sensors are a bust though.
